Not what you wanted?
Return it to us for a refund. We accept product returns within 30 days of the original invoice date. You need to contact us directly to get a return authorization number, and write this number on the outside of your shipping box. Returns must be shipped within 5 days from the issue date of the return authorization. Product returned must be unmarked, unopened, have a securely fastened seal and be accompanied by an original invoice or an invoice copy.
Kelway Health is not responsible for shipping expenses for returned product. Upon receipt of your product return, Kelway Health will issue a product credit to your account less a 20% restocking fee. The credit can be used against future purchases.

Hold onto the boxes, packaging and product. Don’t discard anything. You must file your claim within 5 days of receipt of the order.

FREE SHIPPING for orders over $150 within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
Orders will ship by regular ground within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
If you live in Continental United States, you must call us for a shipping quote. Free Shipping does not apply to these areas.
